Sessions are usually three hours and are broken down into three levels. Our basic class covers getting around the screen, performaing various lookups, using notes, activities, and history, sending letters and emails, and running standard reports.

The intermediate topics include advanced lookups, creating document templates, modifying reports, using groups and companies to organize your records, activity series, sales opportunites and attaching files to contacts.

Advanced instruction is for those who need to support ACT! in their company. You will learn how to properly install ACT!, run maintenance utilities, perform backups, set user preferences, change screen layouts, and set field and record level security.
