Custom Home Builder - Malcolm Jones, owner of Homes by Jones in Palm Beach Gardens, FL has been a customer for several years. Sirrus Consulting manages their network, ACT! implementation, accounting software and all of their technology needs.

Homes by Jones uses ACT! to manage the building process from Prospect, to Sale, Permiting, Construction, Closing and Warranty. Many of their clients have multiple residences and ACT! keeps track of where they are at all times. The client is notified of the progress of their home so any challenges that arise can be handled immediately.

Power Wheelchairs, Scooters and Oxygen - When Bill Harley, owner of uScoot and Open Aire, in Fort Lauderdale, FL contacted Sirrus Consulting, he had already started designing a web based application to handle workflow. We introduced him to ACT! as a way to manage this process by setting security for each department and creating a series of procedures for tracking and processing orders and communication.

Starting with a web lead that automatically imports into ACT!, the sales manager assigns the candidate to a case worker. The case worker contacts the candidate and gets the medical information. The candidate is sent to the insurance department for verification. If approved, the case worker is notified that and the forms are sent to the doctor. When the doctor returns the prescription, the fullfillment department is notified and an installer is assigned. The product is shipped and the insurance company is billed.

Manufacturing - Natural Immunogenics manufactures and distributes Sovereign Silver, an immune support supplement. While the plant is located in Pomano Beach, FL the owner has retired and moved out of the country.

Roofing - both Southern Coast Enterprises in Deerfiled Beach and Jack Brown and Associates in Boca Raton, FL use ACT! to manage their sales, inspection and installation processes. Each morning, before leaving the house, employees check ACT! for their appointments. Using voice recorders and digital cameras, the roofers can submit verbal inspection reports and submit them to the main office. There the reports are transcribed and sent to the client. If a new roof or repair is needed, ACT! tracks the type of roof, permits,tile selection, delvery, and installation process and notifies the office of warranty expiration dates.
